Small Church/Big Worship is a 1-day seminar that’s designed from top to bottom for smaller congregations.

This whole day is about you and and your team - that is, if you're a church of 200 or less. Bring your key leaders, instrumentalists, vocalists and even your senior pastor to get a glimpse of how to do create engaging worship services in a smaller church. You'll learn:

• Why authentic Biblical worship doesn't require 500 people
• How to create flow in worship and eliminate distracting transitions between worship elements
• How to grow your team, invite, qualify and develop new musicians
• How to leverage your size for awesome engagement
• To create more with less when it comes to your band, vocalists and AV technology

So Small Church/Big Worship comes out of that working in and with smaller churches. It starts with two premises:

First, churches of less than 200 are NOT (and should not try to be) miniature versions of larger churches. A church of 95 people has a different quality than a church of 500. It’s still the local body of Christ with a mission to make disciples and bring glory to God, but how it does that is different.

Second, every church has what they need RIGHT NOW. God has given our churches the people and resources we need at this moment. Small Church/Big Worship will help pastors and volunteers recognize how they can do more with less, all while preparing for God to give them more people and resources in the future.

11:00 AM - Session 2: Creating Remarkable Worship Gatherings

12:15 PM - Lunch (PROVIDED!)

1:15 PM - Session 3: Small Band/Big Sound

2:45 PM - Break

3:00 - 4PM Wrap-up/Q&A
